Refleksjon av gruppearbeid 8/4

Reflect on your collaborative learning experience (08.04) by answering the following questions:

1. Did you go through the materials provided before the group task? If yes – was it helpful during your group work? 
   Yes I went through the materials provided. It was somewhat helpful.
   Some things i already knew, but some of the software that was featured was quite interesting and I might want to test some of these out.

2. What do you think about the task instructions – what was clear and what was not? 
   The assigments given today was quite easy to understand.
   The set of assignments was both fun and interesting to solve.

3. What do you think about Google docs as a collaboration tool for writing and discussions? Pros and cons? 
   Google docs works very well as a collaboration tool.
   I was actually unaware that there was a chat function in the software.
   Usually when I’ve been working in groups theres always a combo of an ongoing skype conversation and google docs. I think that the chat function is much better than using skype on the side, simply because there’s much non-task related stuff going on in the skype conversation (voice)

4. Do you think you benefitted from the group discussions, why or why not?
   To some degree. Group discussions are helpful to get the others points of view. But I felt quite sure about what I was contributing to the assignment. However it’s always good to have someone able to backup your work. It also benifited me in discovering alternative collaboration tools for group work.
